Polymet has a unique ability to produce high performance welding wire from ductile alloy materials using our rolling and / or die drawing wire processes. Polymet's extensive rolling and drawing capabilities include multiple die drawing mills, roller die mills and strand annealing furnaces. In these production cells, we are able to start with an alloyed rod stock, with diameters as large as .500", and reduce it down to as small as .020" diameter. |
