PMET 73-20-7 is a tungsten carbide – chromium- nickel powder specifically designed for HVOF systems. It produces a hard, abrasive and corrosion resistant coating, with a service environment up to 1400° F (760° C). High chrome like finishes can be obtained by typical grinding or lapping techniques. PMET 73-20-7 is ideal for use in a wide variety of erosive and abrasive wear applications and corrosive environments. It should be used where added corrosion protection is required versus WC-Co coatings.

PMET 83-17 (WC 17CO) is a tungsten carbide powder for HVOF thermal spray coatings. It has a higher Co level that provides better toughness, impact strength, and ductility than the popular WC-12Co. The dense structure of the powder provides superior coating density and increased powder flow. It produces an abrasive coating with a service environment up to 900°F (482°C).

PMET 86-10-4 (WC 10CO 4CR) is a tungsten carbide powder for HVOF thermal spray coatings. This powder has a dense particle structure with carbides that produce a finer microstructure and a dense, smooth coating finish. It also has great flowability characteristics and is appropriate for erosive and abrasive wear applications. It has a service environment up to 850°F (450°C).
